you can use the art for personal usage [profile pictures, usage as a character reference, etc] as long as simple credit is given where applicable or when asked (“pfp by drasc_”, for example)
you can use the art for commercial usage with similar credit applied as long as the commercial fee was paid
I hold the right to reject a commission if I cannot draw it or do not wish to draw it
